Search Options

We provide our client companies an option of Contingency, Contained or Retained Search assignments.

In Contingency Search, no obligation is incurred by the employer while our placement services are being performed. Our efforts are compensated only when one of our candidates is accepted for employment.

In Contained Search, a small, upfront fee is charged. This retainer enables us to devote considerable time and attention to the assignment. The remainder of the fee is due upon the successful completion of the assignment.

In Retained Search, a full fee is charged in three installments and we work exclusively on the assignment until it's successful completion.
