If you are considering opportunities outside of Western New York, we can help by utilizing our affiliation with Inter-City Personnel Associates (IPA for short), a cooperative network of over 300 recruiting firms located throughout the United States and serving almost every discipline and industry.

With your permission, we will enter your resume and additional information as provided by you on the Applicant Profile form into IPA's computerized data bank for access by all of our affiliates.

What does this mean for you? It greatly increases your chances of locating a suitable position given your career requirements, compensation, and geographic preferences.

You may be contacted directly by one of our IPA affiliates. The affiliate should inform you that he/she is an IPA member and that they received your resume from us. If anyone calls you and doesn't indicate how they got your resume, it is important that you ask. It is in your best interest to keep good records of all contacts, not only for general information, but so you know who or what is working for you.

Be sure to keep Pedersen, Kolb & Associates informed of all IPA contacts as well as where you stand on other job searches in general. Only if we are fully informed can we be the most effective for you.
